Our work with Moral Service
A Gold Coast plumbing and electrical business run by two brothers, Shaun and Justin.
We rebuilt their website so plumbing and electrical jobs can both be booked through it, with plumbing quote requests going straight to Shaun and electrical ones to Justin.
We then added a page to support their new service, Moral Support. We're excited to be involved. Every month, Shaun and Justin fix an essential plumbing, electrical or maintenance problem for free in the home of a Gold Coast local doing it tough.

I didn't expect to say so much but, working with King Tradie on the new Moral Service website was a great experience. He took the time to understand what our business represents and created a website that communicates it clearly. The branding, colours, copy, layout and overall customer journey all feel consistent with who we are.
One of the biggest advantages was how independently he worked. I provided very little content or direction, yet he was able to research the business, understand our brand and bring everything together strategically. As someone who is busy working on the tools and managing other projects, having such minimal involvement made the process incredibly easy.
His construction background also gives him a genuine understanding of trade businesses and their customers. That industry knowledge is supported by a strong grasp of current website technology, SEO, Google ranking strategies, backlinks, social media and automated communication processes.
The new website makes it much easier for potential clients to submit quote requests directly to me, so I can respond and convert those enquiries into booked work. I've already noticed a substantial increase in website traffic since it was completed.
He offers the specialised knowledge, personal attention and modern approach that can often be missing from larger marketing agencies. I feel confident knowing our website has been built using relevant, up-to-date strategies rather than outdated systems.

Lachlan from King Tradie is the top G of tradie website design, development, and management. I've worked with many website agencies and individuals, and no one comes close to Lachlan's attention to detail and high-end quality.
