Who we are

KINGTRADIE (ABN 53 642 140 313) is the data controller for personal information collected through this website. We're a Gold Coast-based digital marketing agency serving Australian trade businesses Australia-wide.

What we collect

• Contact form submissions: name, trade business name, phone, email, and any context you share in the message field.
• Analytics data: pages visited, referring website, approximate location (city-level), device type, collected through Google Analytics 4.
• Advertising measurement: this website loads the Meta (Facebook) Pixel, which records page views so we can measure our own advertising and reach people who've visited this website. Meta's privacy policy covers how Meta handles that data.
• Usage recording: we use Microsoft Clarity to see how pages are actually used: where people click, how far they scroll, and where they get stuck. It rebuilds your visit as a replay and builds heatmaps of clicks and scrolling, so we can find the parts of the website that don't work. We use it to improve the website, not to identify you. What you type into form fields is hidden before it leaves your browser and never reaches Microsoft. Microsoft holds this data in the United States and, as it states in its own terms, uses it to run and improve its products and its advertising. Microsoft's privacy statement covers how it handles that data.
• Request data: our hosting and security provider (Cloudflare) processes standard request data (IP address, user agent, timestamp) to serve the website and block abuse.

How we use it

Contact submissions are used to respond to your enquiry and follow up about a potential engagement. We don't sell or rent your information. Analytics and advertising tools listed above receive usage data as part of how they work.

How we store it

Form submissions are routed through Cloudflare's network to our client-management system, GoHighLevel, which is hosted in the United States, and a copy is delivered to our Australian business inbox. Analytics and advertising data is held by Google, Meta and Microsoft, all of which store data in the United States, under their published privacy practices.

Your rights

Under the Privacy Act 1988 and the Australian Privacy Principles, you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information held by KINGTRADIE. Email [email protected] to make a request. We respond within 30 days.

Cookies and tracking

This website uses essential cookies (form submission, security, Cloudflare Turnstile anti-bot checks), analytics cookies (Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity), and the Meta Pixel for advertising measurement. You can block analytics and advertising cookies in your browser's privacy settings, via the Google Analytics opt-out add-on, or through your Meta ad preferences. Microsoft Clarity does not act on browser Do Not Track signals; to opt out of it, select Microsoft on the Digital Advertising Alliance opt-out page, or turn on Global Privacy Control, which Clarity does honour. Blocking essential cookies will stop the contact form working.
